All the medicinal materials were tested, and their quality met the relevant standards of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Standard reference compounds, including epiberberine (wkq20031807), coptisine (wkq20021306), palmatine (wkq20051201), berberine (wkq20032408), baicalin (wkq20010908), wogonoside (wkq20040108), baicalein (wkq20022608), wogonin (20030204), rhein (wkq20052209), aloe-emodin (wkq20032708), emodin (wkq20041308), chrysophanol (wkq20081705), and physcion (wkq20040101) were purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). The purity of all standard products was higher than 98%. Chromatographic grade acetonitrile and formic acid were purchased from Thermo-Fisher (US).

As shown in Table1, 4 mg/ml cisplatin (Solarbio, D8810) stock solution, 20 mM LY294002 (AbMole, M1925) stock solution, and 128 mg/ml reTFAE solution were prepared by DMSO and were used for the later experiments. For reTFAE, the three main components and their mass percentages were baicalein (65.8%, Sichuan Weikeqi Biological, wkq-00289), wogonin (21.2%, Sichuan Weikeqi Biological, wkq-00245), and oroxylin-A (13.0%, Sichuan Weikeqi Biological, wkq-00180). We weighed the amount of each component according to their mass percentage, then mixed the three compounds, and dissolved them to the desired volume with DMSO.

The analytical standards of BG (>98.0%) and B (>98.0%) were purchased from Shanghai Yuanye Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The reference standards of WG (>98.0%) and W (>98.0%) were bought from Sichuan Weikeqi Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China). Cellulase (≥10 U/mg) and pectinase (≥30U/mg) from Aspergillus niger were purchased from Beijing Cool Chemistry Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) and Shanghai Regal Bio-Technology Co., Ltd.

Baicalin, baicalein, wogonin and wogonoside (>98%) were purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Company (Sichuan, China). Oroxylin A 7-O-β-d-glucuronide (>98%) was purchased from Shanghai Forever Biotech Co., Ltd.

purity of over 98% were purchased from National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products (Beijing, China). Standard substances of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin with a purity of over 98% were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Bio-tech Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China). The Yankening Capsule (Batch No.: ZLA1305) was supplied by Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. (Yunnan, China).

The reference substances of acacetin, baicalin, wogonin, baicalein, beta-sitosterol, kaempferol, and quercetin were purchased from the Sichuan Weikeqi Biological Technology Co., Ltd (Sichuan, China).
